#56 Rack of Lamb

I goofed on this one.

At the butcher's, instead of asking for the rack of lamb, I asked for the lamb chops lollipop style - which means they cut them for you.  I was going by the picture in the book and apparently hadn't read through the whole recipe. Whoopsie.

So as a result, the lamb turned out AWESOME. Seriously, there is no way to ruin this recipe.  It's simple, and delicious!
