This is the first time I've ever made baked apples with granny Smiths.
Usually, I'm picking out big red Disney-Evil-Stepmom type apples.
I didn't know what to expect...
The secret here - they are stuffed with dried cherries.
ZOMg. If you like tart, you will be in heaven with these!
