#43 Breakfast in Dorne




 A feisty omelet of spicy and colorful peppers.  I chose sweet colorful peppers to complement the HOT green chile.  After all, this IS New Mexico!  Again, choosing egg beaters to reduce some of the cholesterol, I served this with sliced avocado on the side.

Not quite as appealing to the eye as one may have hoped, but a spicy treat nonetheless.
