Bonus Recipe: Wine Mulled Fruit Tarts v2.0


The last time I used the leftover fruit and nut mixture from mulled wine, I baked them in the pocket pastries used in the  Elizabethan Buns.

This time, I spooned some of the Mulled Wine Fruit mixture into a pastry cup and baked it with a little greek honey yogurt on top.  Tasty, but I think I can do better with this next time, and mix the Mulled Wine Fruit mixture with some feta cheese, and cover it with a little egg white and lemon glaze.
