This was quite the high-yield batch of dough! I think this recipe would lend itself very well to some alteration. The two artisan loaves I'm thinking of off the top of my head are a kalmata olive loaf and a sea salt & rosemary loaf.

A Feast of Ice and Fire indicates a yield of 3 loaves, but I got 4. Enough for two separate dining events for sure. Or, more true to my nature, one dining event, one gifted loaf, and one that I nibble on until it's gone...
